1983年12月19～23日,水电部科技司和水电总局在浙江紧水滩电站工地召开了爆破会议。参加会议的有部属施工、设计、科研、高校等单位和铁道、冶金、兵器、机械等部以及湖北省爆破学会等58个单位的代表共139人,交流了论文和技术总结共74篇。会议的任务是:(1) 总结交流水电工程爆破技术的经验;(2) 研究1984～1990年的爆破科研计划;(3)
December 19, 1983 to 23, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Water and Electric Power hydropower station in Zhejiang Jinshuitan plant site blasting meeting was held. A total of 139 representatives from 58 sub-units including construction, design, scientific research, universities and other units attended the conference and 58 units such as the Ministry of Railways, Metallurgy, Weaponry and Machinery, and Hubei Institute of Blasting shared 74 papers and technical summaries.
