最近,中共中央下发了《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》(以下简称《条例》)。制定这个《条例》,是为了更好地贯彻执行党的干部路线,逐步建立科学规范的党政领导干部选拔任用制度,推进干部队伍的革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化,使干部工作更好地为建设有中国特色社会主义的事业服务。为满足大家学习、贯彻《条例》的需要,本刊邀请中央有关部门的同志将《条例》的主要内容作一介绍,现刊登如下。
Recently, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Provisional Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres” (the “Regulations”). This “ordinance” is formulated in order to better implement the party’s cadre line and gradually establish a scientific and standardized system for the selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres so as to revolutionize, rejuvenate, educate and specialize cadres, Better serve the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
