针对现有玉米免耕播种机功能单一、作业效果差等缺陷,设计一种用于免耕土地作业的精密播种机的播种单体。试验表明,该机漏播率≤3%,重播率≤2.5%,粒距合格率≥87%,性能指标均优于行业标准,实现了免耕播种作业,具备良好的市场推广前景。
Aiming at the defects of the existing corn no-till seeder such as single function and poor work efficiency, a planting seed for a precision sowing machine for no-till land operation is designed. The test shows that the leakage rate of the aircraft is less than or equal to 3%, the replay rate is less than or equal to 2.5% and the granularity pass rate is more than or equal to 87%. The performance indexes are better than the industry standards, achieving no-till sowing operation and good marketing prospect.
