DX_Z~B系列单针指示报警仪与DDZ-Ⅱ型或其他电动仪表联合使用,可实现温度、流量、压力、液位等工业参数的指示、报警。由于它具有结构简单、维修方便、价格低廉等优点,因此在工业过程测量和控制系统中得到广泛的应用。笔者对目前我国生产的该系列仪表就环境温度对仪表测量误差的影响进行了分析,并采取了较有效的补偿办法,在保证主要技术指标及仪表基本结构不变的情况下,降低了温度附加误差,将原仪表精确度等级从1.5级提高到1.0级,并经过论证及模拟试验,性能稳定可靠,效果良好。 1.误差分析众所周知,DX_Z~B系列仪表属磁电系仪表(下称仪表)。当环境温度变化时,仪表要产生附加误差,其原因有如下三个方面: (1)当环境温度上升时,游丝的弹性减弱,仪表读数有偏“快”的趋势。一般来说,温度每升高10℃,弹性约减弱0.3%~0.4%; (2)当环境温度上升时,永久磁铁的磁性
