[目的]明确西草净对我国黄淮海区域谷子田常见一年生杂草活性和对谷子安全性,指导谷子田化学除草。[方法]采用盆栽法测定西草净在杂草苗前土壤处理施药方式下对谷子田常见5种杂草的活性及对2个谷子品种的安全性。[结果]西草净对禾本科杂草稗草、狗尾草的EC_(90)值为292.3816~303.5008 g a.i./hm~2,对阔叶杂草藜、反枝苋的EC_(90)值为114.8110~125.7192 g a.i./hm~2,对莎草科杂草异型莎草的EC_(90)值为93.5312 g a.i./hm~2,西草净对阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草活性明显高于对禾本科杂草的活性。西草净对2个谷子品种EC_(10)值均大于730 g a.i./hm~2,谷子与禾本科杂草之间的选择性指数在2.50左右,与阔叶杂草、莎草科之间的选择性指数大于7.0。[结论]西草净对谷子田一年生阔叶杂草、莎草科杂草活性高于对一年生禾本科杂草的活性,西草净使用剂量低于600 g a.i./hm~2对谷子安全。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to clarify the effects of sesamex on the annual annual weed activity and the safety of millet in the field of Huang-Huai-Hai of China, and to guide the chemical weeding of millet field. [Method] The pot experiment was conducted to test the activity of Ximena net on the five common weeds in millet fields and the safety to two millet varieties under the soil application and treatment methods. [Result] The results showed that the EC 90 value of sesame on grass weeds was 292.3816 ~ 303.5008 g ai / hm ~ 2, EC 90 value of 114.8110 ~ 125.7192 g ai / hm ~ 2, the EC 90 value of the sedge weeds was 93.5312 g ai / hm ~ 2, the activity of broad-leaved weeds and sedge weeds was significantly higher On grass weeds activity. The EC_ (10) values of both two millet varieties were greater than 730 g ai / hm ~ 2, the selective index between millet and grass weed was about 2.50, and that between broadleaf weeds and Cyperaceae The selectivity index is greater than 7.0. [Conclusion] The effect of XAC on the annual broadleaf weeds, the sedge weeds in the millet fields was higher than that of the annual grass weeds, and the net dose of XAC was lower than 600 g a.i./hm~2 for millet safety.
