人体的腰是由腰椎、椎间盘及神经支配的周围组织构成。其中任何组成部分发生异常,都会产生腰痛。日常生活中造成腰痛的原因很多。如腰肌劳损、外力冲撞、用力时姿势不正确等等。根据腰痛产生的生理机制,逆用力方向减少腰部过度的前屈,使腰关节恢复到正常状态的原理。防治的方法主要是使腰部的各组成部分得到充分的松弛,增加腹部肌肉,达到伸展背部肌肉和腰椎间的可动性,获得腰椎与骨盆(髋关节)协调机能。如图1—6。
The human body is composed of the lumbar spine, intervertebral disc and the innervation of the surrounding tissue. Abnormalities in any of these components can cause back pain. There are many reasons for back pain in everyday life. Such as lumbar muscle strain, external collision, when the force is not correct posture and so on. According to the physiological mechanism of low back pain, reverse the force to reduce excessive lumbar flexion, so that the waist back to the normal state of the principle. The main control method is to make the various components of the waist to be fully relaxed, increase the abdominal muscles, stretching and back muscles to achieve mobility between the lumbar spine, lumbar and pelvis (hip) coordination function. As shown in Figure 1-6.
