目的:观察环孢素A(CsA)滴眼剂在角膜组织中的药量及经时过程.方法:1%和0.5%CsA混悬滴眼剂50pl滴人兔眼后在一定时间取角膜和血样,用建立的高效液相色谱法测定含量.结果:1%和0.5%CsA混悬滴眼剂在角膜中的药量和血药浓度基本呈倍数关系.且在滴眼后240min内,角膜中浓度保持在20~52和13~34pg/g,达峰时间均为120min.结论:CsA滴眼后兔角膜中可保持较高浓度,而血液浓度很低,可降低其对肝、肾等的损害.
