高等院校是集教学、科研和其他教育教学服务于一体的综合体。教学和科研是高校的两个基本单元,做好教学工作的同时还要好好的做有一定代表性的科研项目,用科研的成果推动教学工作,形成一个循环提高和与时代相适应的现代教学体系。
Colleges and universities are teaching, research and other education and teaching services in an integrated body. Teaching and research are the two basic units of colleges and universities. While teaching well, they should do well in representative research projects, promote the teaching work with the achievements of scientific research, and form a modern teaching that is improved in a cyclical manner and adapted to the times system.
