颧骨和颧弓是颜面外侧最突起的部分,易受外伤而发生骨折。我科自1979～1986年共收治颌面骨折249例,其中颧骨及颧弓骨折26例,约占1/10。本文仅就闭合性颧骨、颧弓骨析18例作以总结讨论。 1 临床资料闭合性颧骨骨折18例,男17例、女1例,其中颧骨体骨折4例,颧弓骨折14例。年龄18～49岁。25岁以下11例,26～30岁4例,31～40岁2例,41岁以上1 Cheekbones and zygomatic arch is the most prominent part of the outer face, vulnerable to traumatic fracture.
