邮电部科技情报中心于1993年11月组织了第二次邮电系统科技期刊质量检查评比活动.参加这次质量检查评比的期刊共60种,评审小组对各种期刊从学术(技术)质量、编辑质量、出版质量等方面进行了综合检查、评审,认为邮电系统科技期刊在结合通信实际选题、及时报导新技术新成果和编辑规范化程度等方面普遍有了明显的提高.
The Science and Technology Information Center of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications organized the second quality inspection and evaluation activity of the science and technology journals of post and telecommunications system in November 1993. There were 60 journals participating in this quality inspection and evaluation competition and the juries reviewed various journals from the academic (technical) quality, Quality and publication quality. It is concluded that there has been a marked improvement in the scientific and technological periodicals of post and telecommunications system in the light of actual topics of communication, timely reporting of new achievements in technology and editorial standardization.
