过去的一年是我国社会主义市场经济取得全面发展,科技、经济体制改革不断深化的一年,也是民营科技企业迅速壮大、健康发展的一年。在民营科技企业广大职工和社会有关方面的共同努力下,企业在技术水平、产业规模、职工素质以及企业管理等方面取得了可喜变化。民营科技企业的发展和壮大为社会主义的经济建设所做出的贡献日益突出。在过去的一年里,全国41000家民营科技企业全年利税总额226亿元,其中上缴税金76亿元,出口创汇近20亿美元,全年技工贸总收入达到了1559亿元,比上一年度增长近一倍,已成为我国高科技产业和新兴产业的生长点。为了展示我国民营科技企业健康、迅速发展的风采,进一步引导其上规模、上水平,加速科技产业发展。国家科委和国家统计局根据1994年度的统计资料,对我国国家级高新技术产业开发区以外的民营科技企业按“技工贸总收入”指标排列出1995年民营科技企业技工贸总收入100强,现予公布。
The past year was a year in which China’s socialist market economy achieved comprehensive development, and the reform of science and technology and economic systems continued to deepen. It was also a year when private technology companies grew rapidly and developed healthily. With the joint efforts of the large number of employees of the private technology enterprises and the relevant social sectors, the enterprises have made gratifying changes in the level of technology, industry scale, quality of employees, and corporate management. The development and expansion of non-governmental science and technology enterprises have made increasingly prominent contributions to socialist economic construction. In the past year, the country’s 41,000 private technology companies had total annual profits and taxes of 22.6 billion yuan, of which taxes paid 7.6 billion yuan, and foreign exchange earned through exports reached nearly 2 billion US dollars. The total income from technology, industry, and trade for the year reached 155.9 billion yuan. The annual growth has nearly doubled, and it has become the growth point for high-tech industries and emerging industries in China. In order to demonstrate the enthusiasm of the rapid and healthy development of China’s private technology companies, we will further guide them to scale and improve the development of the technology industry. According to the statistical data of 1994, the State Science and Technology Commission and the National Bureau of Statistics listed the private technology enterprises outside China’s national high-tech industrial development zones as the total gross income of the industry, trade, and trade.
