石化装置转动设备完整性管理是国内近几年才开始发展的较为先进的针对转动设备的管理方法,本文则提出了包含完整性管理技术培训、以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)试点应用、失效数据库开发和完整性管理体系建设四个关键环节的完整性解决方案,并通过在某石化企业的实施证实了该方案可切实为石化企业解决当前转动设备管理面临的问题,以达到转动设备完整性管理的目标。
