文章介绍常州市推进乡镇卫生院规范化建设中采取五个强化做法:强化政府责任、基础建设、防治结合、核心制度、创建推动。提出推进乡镇卫生院规范化建设的三点体会:坚持政府主导才能凸显乡镇卫生院的公益性、坚持防治结合才能完善乡镇卫生院的服务功能、坚持创新发展才能承担乡镇卫生院所负使命。
Article introduction Changzhou City to promote the standardization of township hospitals to take five strengthening practices: strengthening government responsibility, infrastructure, prevention and treatment combined with the core system, create promote. It is suggested that three steps should be taken to promote the standardized construction of township health centers: Adhering to the government leading ability can highlight the commonweal nature of township hospitals; insisting on combining prevention with treatment can we improve the service functions of township hospitals and adhere to the innovation and development to undertake the mission of township hospitals.
