The 2003 International Conference on Advanced Technical Materials (ICMAT) and the IAF Asia International Conference (IUMRS_ICA2033), organized and hosted by the Materials Research Association of Singapore (MRS-S), were held in 2003 February 29 ~ July 4 at the Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Center.
