1病例报告患者男,97岁。有冠心病、高血压病、痛风等病史40余年,5个月前经超声及肾脏增强CT检查确诊为右肾盂癌。经各科会诊暂不手术,给予中药及免疫增强药治疗,病情稳定。2个月前,左下腹阵发性疼痛,腹软、无压痛、无腹泻,左腰部皮肤疼痛,触痛明显,且逐渐加重,无皮疹及皮肤红肿等。入院行进一步诊治。腹部超声检查提示胆囊多发结石、胆囊炎,右肾盂内实质占位,双肾囊肿、左肾结石,以及前列腺增生。血常规:白细胞
A case report Male patient, 97 years old. Coronary heart disease, hypertension, gout and other medical history of more than 40 years, 5 months ago by ultrasound and renal enhanced CT examination diagnosed as right renal pelvis cancer. After consultation with the subjects without surgery, given Chinese medicine and immune enhancement drug treatment, stable condition. 2 months ago, the left lower quadrant paroxysmal pain, abdominal soft, no tenderness, no diarrhea, left lower back skin pain, tenderness significantly, and gradually increased, no rash and skin irritation. Admission for further diagnosis and treatment. Abdominal ultrasound showed gallbladder multiple stones, cholecystitis, right renal pelvis substantial space, renal cysts, left kidney stones, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
