输精管先天反常系因胚胎3个月时,中肾管发育障碍所致。其中有双输精管及单输精管缺如等。先天输精管缺如多发生在一侧,双侧缺如者较为罕见。我院1986年4月～1989年2月,共收治3例,均为双侧输精管缺如。现报告如下。 Vas deferens congenital anomalies due to embryos 3 months, caused by the development of renal ducts. Among them are double-dedication vas deferens and single-vas deferens absent. Absence of congenital vas deferens occurred in more than one side, bilateral absence is more rare.
