在许多高温体系中硫和二氧化硫都是一个重要的组成分。连续测定和监控烟道气和煤气化过程中二氧化硫和硫的含量,对于防止空气污染和设备的腐蚀具有重要的意义。 在本工作中,我们提出了发展电化学传感器的4个必要条件。按照这些条件,我们发展了由两相共存固体电解质(α-Ag_2SO_4和(Li,Ag)_2SO_4固溶体)和Ag/(Ag_2SO_4)参比电极组成的新型传感器。在氧化气氛条件下,这一传感器在很宽范围内可以测定二氧化硫或三氧化硫含量。在长期连续测定中,传感器的电动势具有很好的稳定性和重现性。
Sulfur and sulfur dioxide are an important component of many high-temperature systems. Continuous measurement and monitoring of sulfur dioxide and sulfur in flue gas and coal gasification processes are of great importance for preventing air pollution and equipment corrosion. In this work, we propose four necessary conditions for the development of electrochemical sensors. Under these conditions, we have developed a novel sensor consisting of two-phase coexisting solid electrolytes (α-Ag 2 SO 4 and (Li, Ag) 2 SO 4 solid solution) and Ag / (Ag 2 SO 4) reference electrode. Under oxidative conditions, this sensor can measure sulfur dioxide or sulfur trioxide over a wide range of temperatures. In long-term continuous measurement, the electromotive force of the sensor has good stability and reproducibility.
