本文选取四川省6个不同安置点的三峡外迁移民为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对移民户搬迁前后住房、土地、生产方式变化与生产恢复水平等社会经济变化、移民户在安置地的社会融入程度等情况进行了调查。调查分析结果显示,四川省三峡外迁移民安置、移民生产恢复与社会融入目前面临着不可忽视的困难和问题。为改善三峡移民生产恢复与社会融入状况,完善三峡外迁移民后期扶持工作,本文提出了多项政策建议。
In this paper, the relocation of Three Gorges in six resettlement sites in Sichuan Province is selected as the research object. The questionnaires and in-depth interviews are used to analyze the socio-economic changes such as housing, land, changes in production methods and production recovery before and after relocation, The level of social inclusion in the resettlement site was investigated. Survey and analysis results show that the relocation and relocation of immigrants from the Three Gorges of Sichuan Province and the rehabilitation and social integration of immigrants are currently facing difficulties and problems that can not be ignored. In order to improve the production recovery and social integration of the Three Gorges immigrant and to improve the latter-stage support for the relocation of the Three Gorges, a number of policy suggestions are put forward in this paper.
