双眼囊虫病较少见,其中一眼多囊虫寄居,更为罕见。 患者,男性,24岁,云南籍,傣族,驾驶员。因左眼视力减退3月,眼前又出现异物蠕动感10d,于1988年6月23日住院。患者于1988年3月初,左眼眼前出现异物蠕动感伴视力减退,3月29日眼科检查:视力0.02,眼底镜和三面镜检查示,视乳头颞侧网膜下有灰白色球状隆起,蠕动;后极部和颞侧网膜扁平剥离。先后于3月17日和4月5日进行囊虫取出术,首次未遂,再次术中,囊破裂,涌出0.5ml液体,后因故未取出囊膜而终止手术。4月11日右眼前也有异物蠕动感,视力由原1.2减退为0.3,眼底镜检查:黄斑区颞侧网膜下有1囊虫,
