患者女,54岁,护士,既往健康,有十年停经史。家族中其父因心肌梗塞去世,其兄、姐患冠心病多年。近半年来常于劳累及情绪激动时感胸骨后闷胀性疼痛,并向左肩背部放射。每次发作持续3～5分钟,经休息、吸氧或含服硝酸甘油后缓解。查体:心脏大小正常,心尖区第一心音低钝,各瓣膜未闻及明显杂音。多次于发作时做12导联常规心电图。心电图显示:窦性心律,60～70次/min,电轴-30°,QRS时间0.12秒,
Female patient, 54 years old, nurse, past health, ten-year history of menopause. The father of the family died of myocardial infarction, his brother, sister suffering from coronary heart disease for many years.
