阐述了一个柴油机工作过程故障灰色诊断专家系统的构造过程。此系统采用压力和温度传感器采集到的气缸内压力 ,机油压力和温度 ,进、排气压力和温度 ,供油压力等参数 ,建立一个各种状态下的参数库。利用灰色关联度理论的方法 ,对柴油机各种故障状态进行分析诊断 ,查找故障 ,分析原因。软件设计 ,按照专家系统的设计思想 ,利用Visual面向对象的程序设计方法 ,设计了一个柴油机工作过程故障诊断专家系统 ,并在S1 95型柴油机上作了大量模拟实验进行验证 ,证明此方法的可行性。
The construction process of a diesel diagnostic gray expert system is described. The system uses pressure and temperature sensors collected cylinder pressure, oil pressure and temperature, intake and exhaust pressure and temperature, fuel pressure and other parameters, the establishment of a variety of state parameter library. Using the method of gray relational degree theory, we analyze and diagnose various fault states of diesel engine, find out the fault and analyze the reason. Software design, according to the design idea of expert system, using Visual object-oriented programming method, a fault diagnosis expert system for diesel engine working process was designed. A large number of simulation experiments on S1 95 diesel engine were carried out to verify the feasibility of this method Sex.
