医疗卫生机构的档案管理作为管理工作的一个重要组成部分对于医疗卫生机构的现代化发展有着极其重要的作用。随着社会主义市场经济的逐渐完善以及医疗卫生机构发展的需求,长久以来形成的档案管理方法已经难以适应现代化条件下的医疗卫生机构发展的需求。档案的规范化管理是我国医疗卫生事业健康发展的迫切要求,本文主要阐述了医疗卫生机构档案规范化管理的重要性,存在的一些问题以及改进的措施。
Archives management of medical and health institutions as an important part of management plays an extremely important role in the modernization of medical and health institutions. The standardized management of archives is an urgent requirement for the healthy development of medical and health undertakings in our country. This paper mainly expounds the importance of standardized archives management of medical and health institutions, some existing problems and the improved measures.
