医院作为知识分子密集的单位,工作人员直接服务于人类健康,从构建和谐社会、不断解决人们“看病难、看病贵”问题、化解医患矛盾角度出发,医院党建工作尤为重要与关键。通过扎实有力的党建工作,可以培养医务人员良好的医德医风,更好地服务患者。党建工作一个重要方面就是灌输与培训。本文倡导在医院内部建立业余党校,健全党员学习培训制度,创新学习形式与方法,在搞好党建工作的同时,促进医院整体工作向前发展。
Hospital as a unit of intensive intellectuals, staff directly serve human health, from the building of a harmonious society, and constantly solve the people “difficult to see a doctor ”, solve the contradiction between doctor and patient point of view, the hospital party building is particularly important and crucial. Through solid and vigorous party building work, medical staff can cultivate a good medical ethics and better serve the patients. An important aspect of party building is instilling and training. This article advocates the establishment of amateur party schools within the hospital, improve the system of learning and training of party members, innovative forms and methods of learning, while doing a good job in party building, while promoting the overall development of the hospital.
