To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the afternoon of July 31, the CPC Shanghai Party History Research Office and the Shanghai New Fourth Army Historical Research Institute jointly held a symposium entitled “Establishment and Development of People’s Armed Forces.” Chen Wei, vice president and director of Academic Committee of Shanghai New Fourth Army Historical Research Institute, chaired a meeting and Yan Aiyun, deputy director of the Party History Research Office of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech.
