同志们:这次区街工作会议是继1990年第二次区街工作会议以来又一次重要会议。一、近三年来区街工作的情况(一)区街经济发展迅猛。去年,市属八区国内生产总值112.58亿元,3年平均每年增长33.51%,高于全市同口径的增长速度。——城区工业发展步伐加快。八区工业总产值从1990年的26.71亿元发展到1993年的83.89亿元,平均每年增长53%,提前三年完成了我市城区工业八五规划确定的发展目标。城区工业产值占全市工业总产值,已从1990年的5.24%,增至去年的8.13%。
