目的探讨在心力衰竭患者护理干预中,实施健康教育对其自我护理能力的影响。方法选取心力衰竭患者64例,随机分为两组,各组32例,对照组行常规健康宣教,观察组行四阶段健康教育,观测两组自护行为量表(SCHFI)测评结果。结果观察组自护管理、自护维持、自护信心均明显高于干预前,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过实施四阶段健康教育,可较好地实现对心力衰竭患者自我护理能力的提升。
Objective To explore the impact of health education on self-care ability in nursing intervention in patients with heart failure. Methods Sixty-four patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, 32 in each group. The control group received routine health education and the observation group received four-stage health education. The results of self-care behavior scale (SCHFI) were observed. Results The observation group self-care management, self-care maintenance, self-confidence confidence were significantly higher than before intervention, and higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of four-stage health education, the self-care ability of patients with heart failure can be better achieved.
