目前,省质监局向社会公布2004年广东省大型楼盘工程使用建材产品质量专项监督抽查情况。结果显示,广州、佛山、东莞3市的12家大型楼盘建设工地发现使用假冒钢材或劣质水泥产品。其中,令人担忧的是,在本次抽查的16个大型楼盘工程中,水泥产品质量抽样合格率仅有54.5%,是10多年来我省该类产品质量监督抽查合格率最低的一次。
At present, the provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision announced to the public in 2004 in Guangdong Province, the use of large-scale real estate construction projects using special quality supervision and spot checks. The results showed that 12 large-scale real estate construction sites in 3 cities of Guangzhou, Foshan and Dongguan were found to use fake steel or inferior cement products. Among them, it is worrying that, in the sampling of 16 large-scale real estate projects, the sampling rate of cement product quality is only 54.5%, which is the lowest passing rate of quality supervision and spot check in this province in more than 10 years.
