Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational stress in mine workers owned by an iron and steel group and analyze the possible factors that affect the occupational stress of mine workers. Methods A total of 759 mine workers were surveyed by stratified cluster sampling method. OSI-R questionnaires were used to investigate and evaluate workers on duty. RESULTS: Moderate and severe occupational stress accounted for 34.9%, moderate and high stress accounted for 80.1%, medium and high respondents accounted for 24.4%, professional task score (179.9 ± 23.6), stress response score (98.4 ± 15.3) ) Were higher than those in the southwestern norm (P <0.05). The score of individual coping resources (122.8 ± 18.5) was lower than that in the southwestern mode, with significant difference (P <0.01). Single and multivariate analysis found that occupational stress was affected by factors such as work intensity, exposure to noise, gender, job status, body mass index, family size and physical activity. Conclusion The occupational stress of this group of workers is obvious, noise of working environment and work intensity are the influencing factors of occupational stress in mine workers.
