一、引言微波管的寿命,对于现代军事技术和现代科学技术都具有极其重要的意义。倒如,一部超远程警戒的相控阵雷达就使用着成千上万只电子管,假如使用2000只平均寿命为1000小时的电子管,那么就意味着每小时要坏两只。电子管这样高的故障率给相控障雷达的可靠工作和维修带来很大困难。同样,近年来飞速发展起来的电子对抗设备、中继通讯设备以及人造卫星和宇宙飞船的控制系统等,都使用着许多微波管。对于现代军事技术来说,微波管偶然的寿命故障往往使现代军事电子设备失灵,造成通讯联络中断,雷达捕获目标逃逸等。达在某种程度上就有可能使部队的指挥失去主动权,甚至丧失有利战机。因此,大大延长微波管的寿命就成为现代科学技术和现代军事技术
