为保证水电站的运行安全可靠,必须对其工作状态进行系统的监泓。苏联现行设计标准中都明确规定,水电站和蓄能式水电站要配备和布置监控仪器。现代化的监控观测仪器,主要是通过传感器实现遥测,以表明建筑物及其设备的工作状态。在“十·五”计划期间,苏联水电设计总院、全苏电力自动化研究所等部门为提供符合标准的仪器,联合开展了系统科研,并广泛推广建筑物及设备的安全监控方法。
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hydropower station, it is necessary to carry out systematic supervision and inspection of the working status of the hydropower station. The current design standards in the Soviet Union clearly stipulate that hydropower stations and storage-type hydropower stations should be equipped with monitoring equipment. Modern monitoring and observation equipment, mainly through the sensor telemetry, to indicate the working status of buildings and equipment. During the “10th Five-Year Plan”, the departments of Soviet Hydropower Design Institute, All-Electric Research Institute of Automation and other departments jointly conducted systematic research and extensively promoted the safety monitoring methods of buildings and equipment in order to provide standard-compliant instruments.
