为了优化天然气减阻剂加注工艺,若因试验条件所限,无法通过室内环道对模拟管段的工艺流程进行试验验证,则可以利用软件模拟方法对减阻剂的减阻效果进行评价,同时分析减阻剂减阻效果对各影响参数的敏感性。模拟结果表明:减阻剂雾滴沉积浓度对喷雾压差的变化最为敏感;喷射角度和管径对沉积浓度的影响具有一定的相关性,当喷射角度较大时,沉积浓度对管径的变化更为敏感,而当管径较大时,沉积浓度对喷射角度的变化也更为敏感。模拟结果可为天然气减阻剂的工程实际应用提供一定的理论指导。
