要推动基层文化健康发展,必须要把车队、车厢、车组“三车”问题作为出发点,并围绕“三车”问题开展文化共建。随着油田的改革与发展,大庆公共汽车公司企业文化建设不断地总结、提升、推广、实践,公司服务文化日趋成熟,影响也不断向外延伸,先后荣获“中国文化管理示范单位”、“全国企业文化建设先进单位”等荣誉称号。但是,在企业发展的新形势下,要推动基层文化健康发展,必须要把车队、车厢、车组“三车”问题作为基层文化建设的出发点,并围绕“三车”问题创新开展形式多样的文化共建。
