盐酸二氢埃托啡(DHE),为麻醉性高效镇痛药,是阿片受体激动剂。给药途径为舌下含服。目前被应用于“海洛因依赖性”的阻断治疗。作者在临床上遇到5例患者因含服DHE而致牙体硬组织严重破坏,现报告如下。
Dihydroetorphine Hydrochloride (DHE), an anesthetic, high-potency analgesic, is an opiate receptor agonist. The route of administration is sublingual.
