美好的暗恋,让他难以自持4月3日,北京市海淀区人民法院不公开审理了一起强奸案,法庭上控、辩双方展开了激烈的辩论。控方指正被告李文彬在红荷家园小区任保安期间,利用职务之便进入本小区业主林佳玫家,在他的威胁和殴打下强行与林佳玫发生性关系,应判处强奸罪,并附带民事赔偿。而辩方称,本案不属于强奸,因为在他们发生性关系的时候是林佳玫给李文彬拿
