From the end of 1957, some of the masses in Zhejiang, Anhui and other provinces have successively flowed into the areas of Jiujiang, Shangrao and Ji’an in our province. According to the incomplete statistics of 16 counties, the inflow population reached more than 10,000 households with 36,238 inhabitants (including 7,847 households in Anhui, 25,985 households, 1,566 households in Zhejiang, 7,021 households, 587 households in Hunan and 2,282 people)
