目的:研究益气养阴解毒祛浊中药抗糖尿病大鼠大血管病变的抗低度炎症机理。方法:实验成功的复制大鼠糖尿病(DM)大血管合并症的同时,通过中药的方法,能够降糖、调脂、抑制炎症因子的表达。结果:本次实验证明中药预防组、治疗组均可抑制血管应激活化蛋白激酶(P38MAPK)、核因子κB(NF-κB)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)蛋白及基因表达,与模型组、蒙诺组对比有显著的差异性(P<0.01)。结论:证明该中药对早期DM大鼠的大血管有保护作用,对大血管的炎性增生有明显的抑制作用,能防治DM大鼠大血管硬化。
Objective: To study the mechanism of anti-inflammation in macrovascular diseases of anti-diabetic rats with Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Capsule. Methods: The experimental successful replication of diabetic rats (DM) macrovascular complications at the same time, through the traditional Chinese medicine method, can hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines. Results: This experiment demonstrated that the Chinese medicine prophylaxis group and the treatment group can inhibit the expression of P38MAPK, NF-κB and TGF-βprotein, There was significant difference between the Monel group and the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: It is proved that this Chinese medicine has the protective effect on the large blood vessels of the early DM rats, significantly inhibits the inflammatory hyperplasia of the large blood vessels, and can prevent and cure the macrovascular sclerosis of DM rats.
