近年来,国内国际社会上有一股以“反垄断”为幌子的仇视央企的舆论暗流,一旦有关国有企业的负面新闻事件发生,就会产生大量的跟帖、评论,许多跟帖不顾事实、片面夸大消极因素,极易给国有企业形象造成伤害和恶劣影响。一旦舆情事件处置不当,经济上极易导致企业停工整顿、巨额赔偿开支,政治上将给企业带来严重的负面影响。本文以石油天然气勘探项目施工为例,重点分析和阐述国有企业在与地方政府和群众交往中的舆论宣传“五性”(主动性、合作性、公开性、服务性、预见性)原则。

One-sided exaggeration of negative factors can easily cause harm and adverse effects on the image of state-owned enterprises. Once improper public events are dealt with improperly, it will easily cause enterprises to suspend work and rectify and spend huge amounts of compensation, which will cause serious negative impact on the business. Taking the construction of oil and gas exploration projects as an example, this paper focuses on analyzing and expounding the public opinion “five characteristics ” (proactive, cooperative, open, serviceable, predictable) principles of state-owned enterprises in their interaction with local governments and the people. .
