重症肺炎不经过积极的治疗,会对导致循环系统、器官造成影响,损害肺功能,严重者甚至出现呼吸衰竭,危及生命.此外重症肺炎还会对肾脏造成一定影响,引起少尿无尿.若患者出现感染症状会引起血压下降,重症肺炎还会对心脏造成损害.为此及时采取治疗措施是关键,床旁纤维支气管镜在重症肺炎的治疗中较为常见,且治疗效果显著.在患者的围手术期实施围手术期护理干预,能够改善生理指标,为此本文探讨床旁纤维支气管镜在重症肺炎中的临床应用及护理干预.
