通过对豫西、豫东葡萄含糖量的调查和气候分析,初步认为豫西是我省酿造高档葡萄酒原料生产的最佳地区。豫西具有浆果成熟期降雨少,空气相对湿度低,温差大,病虫害轻等特点,故同一品种的含糖量一般比豫东高2%。又通过太阳热指数、水热系数的计算,进一步证明这里确有更适生产优质葡萄酒酿造原料的自然条件。
Through the investigation of the sugar content in western Henan and eastern Yugoslavia and the climatic analysis, it is preliminarily believed that western Henan is the best region for brewing high-end wines in our province. In western Henan, there are few berry ripening periods, low relative air humidity, large temperature difference, light pests and diseases. Therefore, the sugar content of the same variety is generally 2% higher than that in the east of Henan. And through the solar thermal index, the calculation of hydrothermal coefficient, to further prove that there is indeed more suitable for producing high-quality wine brewing raw materials, natural conditions.
