目的:了解儿童面神经颧支及其分支,为皮瓣移植的选择等临床手术提供解剖数据和资料,以及影像学方面的指导。方法:对30例(12具男童尸,8具女童尸,10具成人尸体)的头面部标本上,并且通过制作儿童面部完整的标本,使用游标卡尺等测量工具对儿童面神经颧支、结构的测量及照片的拍摄,记录数据。结果:测量得到面神经颧支及其分支与腮腺和腮腺导管距离的相关数据。结论:熟悉儿童腮腺部、面部走行方向,分支分布及其与周围组织的毗邻关系,对于保护颧支及其分支免受损伤非常重要,使在面侧区及颧支的一些整形美容外科手术操作具有可行性。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the zygomatic branch and its branches of facial nerve in children and provide anatomical data and data for clinical operation such as the choice of flap transplantation, as well as the guidance of imaging.
