本实验用BALB/c裸小鼠复制人NPC模型,检测荷人NPC裸鼠血清MDA和脾NK活性,以探讨瘤宿主NK活性改变的原因和可能机理,观察中药“癌克星”制剂对NPC的抑瘤作用及对MDA含量和脾NK活性等的影响;以探讨其抑瘤机理。结果发现荷人NPC裸鼠血清MDA含量(37.92±5.36nmol/ml)明显高于正常裸鼠(13.90±1.63nmol/ml)(P<0.01),而脾NK活性(40.93±2.39)则明显低于正常裸鼠(67.09±6.28)(P<0.01)。中药“癌克星”制剂对荷瘤鼠具明显抑瘤作用,抑瘤率25.85~99.99%;并可降低荷瘤鼠血清MDA含量,部分提高NK活性,增加瘤组织单核细胞的浸润。本实验提示,FR可能作为免疫抑制因子之一,使NK活性下降。“癌克星”对NPC具明显抑癌效应,其抑瘤作用可能是通过降低瘤宿主体内FR,提高机体免疫功能而实现。
In this experiment, BALB/c nude mice were used to replicate human NPC models to detect the activity of serum MDA and spleen NK in nude mice bearing NPC to explore the causes and possible mechanisms of tumor host NK activity changes. Observing the effect of traditional Chinese medicine “cancer nemesis” on NPC Inhibition of tumor and its effect on MDA content and spleen NK activity; to explore its anti-tumor mechanism. The results showed that the content of MDA in the nude mice bearing NPC was significantly higher than that in normal nude mice (37.92±5.36 nmol/ml) (P<0.01) (P<0.01). (40.93±2.39) was significantly lower than normal nude mice (67.09±6.28) (P<0.01). Chinese medicine “cancer nemesis” preparation has a significant inhibitory effect on tumor-bearing mice, the inhibition rate of 25.85 ~ 99.99%; can reduce the serum MDA content of tumor-bearing mice, and partly increase NK activity, increase the monocyte of the tumor tissue infiltration. This experiment suggests that FR may be used as one of the immunosuppressive factors to decrease NK activity. “Cancer nemesis” has a significant anti-cancer effect on NPC, and its anti-tumor effect may be achieved by reducing the FR of the tumor host and improving the body’s immune function.
