Qian Sanqiang - a flash name in the eyes of several generations in China. He was a student of the Curie couple who, together with his wife He Zehui, discovered the world-famous “three-split and four-split uranium nuclei,” known as the “Chinese Curies.” He founded the China Atomic Energy Research Base and led the construction of China’s first heavy water atomic reactor and the first cyclotron.
