本文叙述了用来连续测定生物样品中无机汞和甲基汞残留量的冷原子吸收分光光度法。 本法简单、快速、灵敏。对甲基汞和无机汞的检出限量均为0.005微克。样品测定的相对标准偏差在10%以内。 本研究测定了25个浅海生物样品中的无机汞和甲基汞的残留量,以两项残留量相加作为总汞量,并对其中10个样品用全燃烧——冷原子吸收分光光度法测定总汞量进行比较,两者测定结果基本相符。
This article describes the cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry used to continuously determine inorganic mercury and methylmercury residues in biological samples. This law is simple, fast and sensitive. The limit of detection for methylmercury and inorganic mercury is 0.005 micrograms. The relative standard deviation of the sample determination is within 10%. In this study, the residual amounts of inorganic mercury and methylmercury in 25 shallow marine biological samples were determined. The two residual amounts were added as the total mercury amount, and 10 of them were analyzed by total combustion-cold atomic absorption spectrophotometry Determination of total mercury for comparison, the two measured results are basically consistent.
