一起火灾的背后,往往有数百个火灾隐患。在发生火灾后,我们不仅要总结那起火灾事故本身的经验教训,更应该关注同类火灾隐患的存在。研究如何通过改进消防安全管理和教育来排除安全隐患,配备必要的消防器材以助人们在发生火灾时安全逃生。2015年1月14日凌晨,浙江省台州玉环县解放塘社区某住宅楼外的电动车起火,黑烟往住宅楼内扩散,造成楼内8名正在逃生的人员死亡。
Behind a fire, there are often hundreds of fire hazards. In the event of a fire, we should not only summarize the lessons learned from the fire accident itself, but should also pay attention to the existence of similar fire hazards. To study how to eliminate potential safety hazards by improving fire safety management and education and equip necessary fire-fighting equipment to help people escape safely in the event of a fire. On the morning of January 14, 2015, an electric vehicle outside a residential building in Jiefangtang Community, Yuhuan County, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, caught fire. Black smoke spread to residential buildings, causing the death of eight evacuees in the building.
