本文对轮式装载机前后桥扭矩载荷谱的测取方法进行了研究,采用特殊结构解决了在半轴周围无法布置集流环的难题,并把应变片——集流环测扭技术和方法应用于装载机扭矩载荷谱的测取中。还自行设计了扭矩标定设备,保证了信号测定的准确性。对测得的扭矩载荷信号进行了试验误差分析和计算,结果表明所测取的数据是比较精确的。为拟制装载机前后桥扭矩载荷谱提供了依据。
In this paper, the method of measuring the front and rear axle torque load spectrum of wheel loader is studied. The special structure is adopted to solve the problem that the collector ring cannot be arranged around the axle shaft, and the strain gauge—the collecting ring torsion testing technology and method is applied. Applied to loader torque load spectrum measurement. Torque calibration equipment has also been designed to ensure the accuracy of signal measurement. The test error analysis and calculation were performed on the measured torque load signal. The results show that the measured data is more accurate. It provides the basis for the torsion load spectrum of the loader front and rear axles.
