我国江南在春夏之交是霉雨季节,阴雨连绵,地下水位上升,如果建筑物的地面没有防潮或防潮处理不好,就会给人带来极大的灾害。 室内潮湿的原因是多方面的,如空气潮湿、室外排水不畅、房间通风不好等,而地下水毛细作用反潮到地面是重要原因。我省大部分地区地表层多属粘土和亚粘土。根据有关资料记载:通常粗砂和大块碎石类土毛细作用水位上升高度不过几厘米,而粘土可以超过2~3m,亚粘土也可以超过1~2m。
