企业文化是企业通过长期的生产经营与沉淀凝聚而成的具有自身独特标准的观念形态,它涵盖了企业的精神、制度、产品、文化观念、价值观念、道德规范、行为准则和文化环境等物质精神要素,它代表着一个企业的形象。企业的文化建设直接关系着企业能否和谐发展,因此发展企业文化促进企业和谐发展已经成为企业发展的主要手段之一。本文从企业文化的结构及特点、功能以及企业文化与企业和谐发展的关系等入手,结合中国中铁的文化建设,重点分析施工企业文化建设与和谐发展。
