为切实保护好、治理好、利用好珠江,水利部珠江水利委员会在分析珠江特点和总结多年治江实践的基础上,形成了具有珠江特色的治水思路,提出了“维护河流健康,建设绿色珠江”的总体目标。为深入贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神,全面落实水利部加快推进水生态文明建设的决策部署,水利部珠江水利委员会编制完成了《绿色珠江建设战略规划》(以下简称《战略规划》)。本刊邀请到珠江委副主任廖志伟对《战略规划》的编制背景和核心内容进行解读,并计划从本期开始分六期依次刊登,敬请关注。
