据《中国地质报》报道:针对我国每年排出的一亿多吨煤矸石和5000多万吨粉煤灰亟待开发利用的情况,国家计委、财政部和建设部最近联合发出通知,对煤矸石和粉煤灰的综合利用作出三条新规定: 1.积极将煤矸石和粉煤灰加工成建材、化工原料等产品,变废为宝。 2.在三年内杜绝向江、河、湖、海排放煤矸石和粉煤灰废渣,以防环境污染。
