本文介绍了解放CA—10变速箱中间轴车坯自动线的技术经济指标、被加工零件、工艺路线及加工示意图、总体布置、循环周期表、主要技术参数与特点。还介绍了输送带、机械手、机床及其改装部件、液压系统、电气控制系统的结构原理。通过具体实例总结了自动线设计中的一般规律性问题;工艺方案是设计自动线的基础,是建立自动线成败的关键;应使全线的设备和部件尽可能典型化和通用化;尽可能考虑自动线的可调性和通用性;高质量的电气控制系统是自动线可靠性的保证;及机床改装的原则等。文中还着重阐述了该线的条件步进型矩阵式顺控器的特点和该线的可调性通用性,以推广建立其他单品种或多品种轴类零件车削自动线。
This article describes the technical and economic indicators, the processed parts, process route and processing schematic, overall layout, cycle table, main technical parameters and characteristics of the CA-10 automatic gearbox shaft blank. Also introduced the conveyor belt, manipulator, machine tools and modified parts, hydraulic system, electrical control system structure principle. The general rules of automatic line design are summarized through concrete examples. The process plan is the basis of automatic line design and the key to the success or failure of automatic line. As far as possible, the equipment and components of all lines should be typified and generalized. Tonality and versatility; high quality electrical control system is the guarantee of automatic line reliability; and the principle of machine modification. The article also emphatically expounds the characteristics of the linear step-by-step matrix type sequencer and the versatility of the adjustable line to promote the establishment of automatic turning lines of other single-type or multi-type shaft parts.
